BDKA Tech Assistance is owned and operated solely by Randy Peralta. Customers do not get passed from a salesperson to a different technician; the same person helps evaluate the request, explain the options, and work on the system.

The goal is to recommend what actually makes sense, communicate clearly, and deliver a system that has been checked before pickup or delivery.
